ü  Preside several state’s and Beijing municipal research projects, including:

n  State’s High-Tech Program (863 Program) key project: ” software development platform based on Internet and component library”.

It’s the greatest research project of software engineering in the state’s “10th five-years” 863 Plan. It progresses from 2002 to 2005, and the R&D outlay funded by our state is more than RMB 11.5 million Yuan.

n  Project of National Natural Science Foundation of China: ”Research for the principles of the organization and management of the software architecture library and it’s application supporting mechanism”

n  Beijing municipal key project: ”Constructing of the Beijing software component library and it’s application”

It’s one part of the Beijing Software Industry’s Infrastructure. It progressed from 2002 to 2004, and the R&D outlay funded by Beijing municipal finance is RMB 4.8 million Yuan.

n  Beijing’s High Technology Person Training Plan: ”Beijing’s new stars of science and technology”.

As major researcher:

n  Key Projects in the National Basic Research Program (973): ” Research on Theory and Methodology of Agent-based Middleware on Internet ”.

n  2  863 program projects .

n  3 projects funded by the Shanghai, Guangzhou and Qingdao’s municipal governments.

 

2001/1-2003/8     Associate Professor

CTO of the National Engineering Research Center of Software Engineering (NERC-SE)

Responsibility:

ü  Technology Management among software engineering tools and e-government application software

ü  Quality Management for NERC-SE, including ISO 9000 and CMM.

ü  Preside Beijing municipal key project: ”Constructing of the Beijing software reuse and industry supporting center”

It had progressed from 2000 to 2003, and the R&D outlay funded by Beijing municipal finance is RMB 8 million Yuan.

ü  Preside the industrialization of the software tools from the advance research works, including the Object-Oriented development tool: JBOO, the software configuration management tool: JBCM, the software process control system: JBCCM, the component library management system: JBCLMS, etc.

 

1998/8-2000/12   Instructor

Post-doctor of the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Peking University

Responsibility:

ü  Lead the research teams on software process, configuration management and component model

ü  Development of the commercial software configuration management tools

ü  Integration of the software engineering environment for the “JadeBird software product line- Assembling environment for application system based on component/architecture”

As the 2nd major researcher:

n  9th State Five-Year Plan: ”JadeBird software product line- Assembling environment for application system based on component/architecture ”

It’s the greatest research project of software engineering in our state. It processes from 1998 to 2000, and the R&D outlay funded by our state is more than RMB 27.8 million Yuan.

 

1995/10-1996/6   Team Leader, Galaxy Corp. (part time)

ü  As the major developer, lead the development of the Galaxy Intelligent voice & information services platform. It had been used in the telecommunication’s 168,160,114 services, and had been deployed at more than 4 provinces of china.

 

1992/6-1994/1     Researcher and developer of GDT Telecommunication Group

ü  As the major developer, take part in the development of the CCITT NO.7 signaling system on the first large scale programming controlled telephone exchange of china-”HJD04 large-scale digital exchange”.

It’s the first practical research and development of the CCITT NO.7 signaling system in the mainland of china.

 

1990/4-1992/6     Student and developer of the Dept. Computer science and technology of Henan Normal University

ü  As the major developer, take part in the development of the “PLD logic analysis equipment”, which is used to analysis the PAL and GAL chips .

n  As Ph.D director from 2007, have directed 6 Ph. D students (2 persons had graduated).

u  As assistant director of Ph.D student from 1998, have directed 11 Ph. D students (8 persons had graduated).

n  As director or assistant director of Master student from 1998, have directed more than 18 master students (12 persons had graduated).

n  Undergraduate course: Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (from 2006)

n  Master course: Logic in Computer Science (from 2004), Introduction to Solution Engineering (from 2007), Frontier of Software Engineering Research (from 2015)

n  Lectures: practical software engineering, software reuse, software component models and architectures, software configuration management, software project management, software process improvement: ISO 9000 and CMM, etc.
