QSIC 2006 Hotel and Travel Information
  1. QSIC and workshops will be held on October 27-28. Non-local participants are encouraged to arrive Beijing on Thursday, October 26 or earlier. The conference venue is Friendship Hotel which is in the heart of Zhongguancun, Haidian District of Beijing.

    We have negotiated with the hotel for a discount rate. Please contact the hotel directly for your booking use the Hotel Reservation Form (Word, PDF).

  2. Nearest Airport and how to get to Friendship Hotel from the airport

    Capital Airport (international and domestic terminals are co-located).

    From the airport, you can either catch a taxi directly from the airport to the hotel which costs about 100 RMB one way (a map from the Airport to the Friendship Hotel), or you can catch the No.4 airport bus (Capital Airport to Gongzhufen) and get off at the FriendShip Hotel station (16 RMB one way). The airport bus is available from 8:00am to 23:00pm at 15 minutes interval.The details of the shuttle bus service are available here.

     You can print the hotel name card (in Chinese) and show it to taxi drivers.
